Legal. Konductor's Refund Policy.
Once you cancel a subscription there are no further charges but you are responsible for whatever charges you have already incurred for the current billing period.
All amounts paid or prepaid to Konductor are non-refundable.
Downgrades will be made effective at the end of the billing period in which the request is received. However, upgrades will be made effective immediately. Service fees will not be calculated on a prorated basis for any billing period due to a downgrade, but prorated service fees will apply to upgraded service.
Your email notification must be sent from the contact email address or fax that Konductor has on file for your account and if by fax on the appropriate letterhead.
You must notify Konductor on or before ten days of the Renewal Date on your contract if you wish to cancel an account.
Konductor does not transfer funds from one account to another for any reason.
It is your responsibility to keep valid contact and billing information on your account. Konductor will continue to send information regarding your account in accordance with the contact information you have provided.

Please be advised that the cancellation of an account does not release you from financial responsibility. If your account has a past due balance and you are not eligible for a refund, Konductor's Accounting department will continue its collection effort.
